Taylor Swift is in the mood to donate this holiday season. Just days after wrapping up The Eras Tour, the pop star returned to Kansas City, Missouri, on Dec. 12 to spread some Christmas cheer to patients at the city’s Children’s Mercy Hospital, along with fellow Swifties I met other people’s children. The “Fortnite” singer took her act of kindness a step further and later surprised a patient with a very special gift.

During her surprise hospital visit, Swift wore a $4,500 navy blue, green, and yellow plaid Miu Miu coordinating set, consisting of a $2,250 pleated miniskirt and a $2,250 button-down top. While meeting with a young patient named Naya at the hospital, Taylor was showered with compliments about her outfit. “Thank you for saying my outfit was tea,” Swift said in a video signing Naya’s Ellas Tour Book. “Yes, everything. Even the hair!” Naya said, to which Swift replied, “You made my day with that.”
In a sweet video posted to her TikTok on Dec. 22, Naya revealed that Swift bought her the same Miu Miu outfit as an unexpected Christmas present. The video shows her unpacking the outfit from her hospital bed, after which she excitedly cheers with joy and disbelief. It turns out the gift was from Swift.

Naya captioned the video: “She’s so amazing, so blessed, I love you Tay Swizzle, you’re literally the best.” The video also showed a glimpse of a handwritten note Swift wrote to her.
