Founded by Anna Radulovski, WomenTech Network has grown into a global community of over 9,500 ambassadors across 179 countries. This year’s conference featured an expansive agenda—three virtual summits focusing on “Chief in Tech,” “Key Tech,” and “Career Growth”—supported by regional in-person gatherings in global hubs such as New York, London, Bengaluru, and Manila . With more than 653 speakers, including CEOs and C-level leaders from organizations like Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft, EY, and Accenture, the event delivered robust insight into leadership, emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and professional development.

The “Chief in Tech Summit” welcomed over 1,300 C-suite participants, providing candid discourse on leadership hurdles, organizational transformation, and gender equity at scale. The “Key Tech Summit” highlighted the forefront of innovation—AI, cybersecurity, data governance, and responsible tech—with expert-led sessions steering attendees through high-impact trends. Meanwhile, the “Career Growth Summit” offered practical workshops and mentoring opportunities designed to help individuals at every career stage—from graduates to mid-level professionals—advance in their roles.

Attendee engagement was remarkably strong: participants averaged over 13 hours of active involvement, with more than 652 structured networking engagements and over 10,685 live viewers. Session recordings have since amassed over 106,000 plays—underscoring that the conference resonated worldwide and continued to impact long after it concluded.

The hybrid structure—virtual programming complemented by in-person “Connect Summits” in cities like Seattle and San Francisco—underscored the conference’s aspirational reach.
