The event was part of a larger wellness initiative aimed at providing tools and practices that promote long-term well-being. The Women’s Wellness Group focused on fostering a holistic approach to health by incorporating both mental and physical wellness practices into the event. Participants engaged in activities that helped them reflect on their health journeys, explore mindfulness techniques, and connect with others who shared similar interests in enhancing their wellness.

In addition to the group discussions, the event featured a variety of hands-on wellness activities. These included nature-inspired art projects such as nature weaving, eco printing, art journaling, and the creation of nature mandalas. These creative activities encouraged participants to tap into their artistic sides while promoting mindfulness and relaxation. The use of nature as a theme helped attendees connect with the environment and find peace in the natural world, which is known to have therapeutic effects on both the mind and body.

The gathering was part of the “Create, Reflect, Connect” series, a program designed by the Consigliere Counseling Group to support women in their wellness journeys. This series was not just an individual event but part of a larger initiative aimed at offering women a regular space to reflect, relax, and rejuvenate. Following the August 6 session, the series continued on subsequent Wednesdays, including August 13, 20, 27, and September 3, with each session running from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. The sessions allowed participants to engage in ongoing wellness practices and creative exploration over a five-week period.

For those interested in attending multiple sessions, the Consigliere Counseling Group offered an option to participate in the entire five-week series for $175. Alternatively, attendees could choose to attend individual sessions for $37 each. All materials for the sessions were provided, ensuring that participants could focus on the activities and discussions without needing to worry about preparation.

The event series was well-received, providing a meaningful opportunity for women to come together and prioritize their health and well-being. Through this initiative, the Women’s Wellness Group offered more than just a chance to engage in wellness activities; it also created a community where women could feel supported and encouraged in their personal health journeys. Whether through the art-based activities or the group discussions, the event aimed to provide a space for self-reflection and connection with others who valued wellness as an essential part of life.

The Consigliere Counseling Group, which hosted this event, also offers a range of other wellness programs, including yoga sessions and sound baths. Their facility at 1915 East 38th Street is available for rent, providing a versatile space for other wellness-related activities and community events. This availability reflects the group’s commitment to promoting wellness and supporting the Erie community in cultivating a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

As a follow-up to the event, future participants can look forward to a variety of similar programs and activities designed to foster personal growth, improve mental health, and enhance physical well-being. The Women’s Wellness Group and Consigliere Counseling Group continue to be valuable resources for individuals seeking to prioritize wellness in their lives.
