What is Tantra?
Tantra literally means weave. The tantric practice weaves heaven with earth together with masculine and feminine and various spiritual tools and practices such as ceremony, prayer, singing, chanting, breathwork, yoga, meditation and dance. Disciplined daily spiritual practice develops our sexual energy to reveal divine relationship understanding in intimacy. Catherine describes Tantra like a cake with a cherry on top. Through spiritual practice we develop purity and openness in our bodies which leads to the cherry on top of peak ecstatic sexual experiences that help us directly experience the presence of God-Goddess. The practice of Tantra enables women to fully express their feminine energy which leads them to find men who embody their divine masculine power. The healing of sexual trauma and wounds through Tantra enables people to develop healthy and loving romantic connections. Osho the Indian spiritual master predicted Tantra will achieve the same widespread popularity as yoga has today and Catherine feels that time has arrived.
The Path to Tantric Mastery
Catherine initiated her Tantric studies over fifteen years ago because she wanted to solve her romantic relationship issues. At the age of 25 she enrolled in a Venezuelan monastery to study Tantric Yoga under the supervision of a monk who practiced celibacy. At this point she began her spiritual transformation by embracing Tantric philosophy and yogic practices which formed the basis for her future work.
Catherine studied sacred teachings from different parts of the world during distinct times of her existence. She studied Egyptian goddess traditions in Egypt, The Magdalene and Yashua Essene teachings in Israel and received Kriya Yoga initiations from Indian living disciples of the immortal master Babaji in India. A great sage granted her the titles of High Priestess and Prophetess in the Holy Land. The discovery of her Tantric Priestess role came from her worldwide spiritual exploration that revealed her purpose in teaching this spiritual path.
